This project represents a next generation travel discovery mobile app that turns city exploration into an interactive and personalized experience.
Designed for both tourists and locals, the app helps users discover nearby attractions, hidden gems, and interactive experiences enhanced through gamified treasure hunts and immersive storytelling.
The goal was to build an app that feels alive and adaptive combining sleek design, location intelligence, and engaging user journeys to inspire real-world adventure.
The main challenge was to design a feature rich, location based app that delivers information, engagement, and delight in one seamless flow.
We needed to craft a user experience that blends practicality (maps, routes, POIs) with the excitement of discovery and play all within a lightweight, visually captivating interface.

Scope of work
- Comprehensive UX/UI Design:Designed the complete mobile journey, including onboarding, location discovery, route navigation, place details, and gamified missions (treasure hunts, achievements, leaderboards).
- Location-Based Experience Design: Developed an intuitive interface that uses GPS-based proximity detection to show nearby attractions, directions, and progress in real time.
- Visual Identity & Art Direction: Crafted a vibrant, travel-inspired visual language with smooth gradients, depth effects, and airy spacing to balance usability with emotional design. The color palette combines sky blues, ocean teals, and warm highlights evoking exploration and calm sophistication.
- Gamified Interaction Design: Introduced reward mechanics, badges, and treasure-style cards to make discovery feel fun and rewarding. The layout merges storytelling with real-world navigation.
- Prototype & Motion Design: Delivered a high-fidelity interactive prototype with subtle motion cues including transitions, micro animations, and state changes for immersive user flow simulation.
