Project Overview

This project involved designing a clean, modern, and data-driven CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform that helps businesses manage customer interactions effortlessly.
 The goal was to craft a digital experience that feels powerful yet simple, allowing teams to build, customize, and automate customer workflows through an intuitive interface.
The design approach focused on clarity, flexibility, and scalability ensuring the product could grow alongside any business while maintaining a sleek, professional identity.

The main challenge was to present complex data and functionality within a minimal, human-centered interface.

CRM systems often overwhelm users with information the goal was to achieve functional depth with visual simplicity, ensuring that even first-time users could navigate and act confidently.

Scope of work

  • Comprehensive UX/UI Design:Designed a full suite of 25+ custom product screens within Attio including pipelines, contact profiles, workflows, dashboards, reporting views, and workspace settings. Every interface was crafted for clarity, speed, and structure, ensuring users can navigate complex customer data with ease.

 

  • Workflow: Created intelligent interaction patterns for pipeline flows, automation builders, data views, and collaborative notes. The goal was to reduce friction in everyday workflows while improving visibility across teams. Each flow was optimized for efficiency, reducing cognitive load at every step.
  • Brand Identity & Visual Direction: Established a modern, premium visual identity inspired by Attio’s clean aesthetic leveraging refined neutrals, deep contrasts, and confident typography. The overall tone communicates precision, trust, and sophistication, aligning with the expectations of high-performing teams.

 

  • Responsive & Interactive Design: Delivered a fully responsive and scalable design system that performs seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Priority was given to information hierarchy, quick navigation, and modular components, supporting both lightweight use cases and deep CRM operations.

 

  • Collateral & Marketing Materials: Designed complementary brand assets including promo visuals, onboarding screens, feature highlight cards, and email templates, ensuring a consistent, premium presence across all customer-facing touchpoints.
